The Elastic Regional Services Partner (RSP) is a trusted expert focused on accelerating our customers’ time to business value through Elastic’s professional services and enablement offerings. With a relentless focus on driving services bookings as the primary measure of success, the RSP plays a critical role in the growth and adoption of Elastic solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, commercial ownership, and delivery excellence. Through deep collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams, the RSP will build and execute tailored services strategies that resonate with customer objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Services Director (RSD), the RSP will own the development of a services territory strategy and be accountable for achieving and exceeding services bookings targets, crafting compelling proposals and Statements of Work, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term value realization through Elastic Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Services Bookings: Take full ownership of services bookings targets in your territory. Accurately forecast, track progress, and take strategic actions to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Create a Winning Services Strategy: Build and maintain a territory plan that aligns Elastic Services to customer priorities, accelerating adoption and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Teams: Lead services discovery and shape outcome-driven proposals. Own the services bid and negotiation lifecycle to align with customer goals.
  • Own Governance for Strategic Accounts: Provide oversight across a portfolio of key engagements, managing escalations and ensuring alignment with Delivery and Project Coordination.
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Continuously position the right Elastic Services for customer needs, maximizing satisfaction and strengthening Elastic solution capabilities.
  • Cultivate Trusted Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer journeys and aligning services to their evolving objectives.
  • Act as Strategic Advisor: Influence internal stakeholders and strategic account planning by sharing services perspectives that drive customer success and adoption.
  • Model Leadership and Collaboration: Be a visible leader across the region—promoting alignment, supporting team collaboration, and championing services growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 8–12 years’ experience in professional services, presales, or customer engagement roles in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven commercial ownership for services bookings, including forecasting and contract negotiation.
  • Strong delivery governance and ability to lead complex services negotiations with customer-aligned value propositions.
  • Experience in search, observability, security or analytics technology domains is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in German.
Bonus Points
  • Background in open-source technologies such as Elasticsearch, Linux, NoSQL, or related platforms.
  • Experience as a billable consultant or project manager.
  • Empathy for delivery execution and understanding of how to translate customer goals into delivery success.
