Job Description

As a Regional Service Technician, you'll perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing systems, contributing to our company's success and reputation.

Responsibilities

1. Roofing Inspections and Assessments: Conduct inspections, document findings, and identify safety hazards.
2. Roofing Repairs and Maintenance: Repair various roofing systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure waterproofing.
3. Safety and Quality Assurance: Follow safety protocols and industry standards, conduct quality inspections.
4. Equipment and Material Handling: Operate tools safely, manage inventory, and coordinate materials.
5. Work Order Execution: Review work orders, gather materials, and execute tasks efficiently.
6. Customer Service: Communicate professionally, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain work areas.
7. Documentation and Communication: Record activities, communicate updates, and attend team meetings.
8. Safety and Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and safety practices.
9. Additional Responsibilities: Handle other assigned tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
• Proficient with roofing tools and safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
