Job Description

We are in search of a Regional Manager Laundry-WareWash to join our growing team. This role will will be responsible for managing and expanding Laundry, WareWash, and Food Processing Sales throughout their designated region. Will be responsible for targeting new business and enhancing our offering in existing business. Will meet regularly and collaborate with executive management to execute the strategic plan of cultivating new business opportunities. Management of Area Sales Managers Laundry-WareWash in large markets. Will also work closely with the technical and service team to ensure proper exposure and customer care within the accounts. Will provide direction on products and pricing, prepare bids, contracts, presentations, and visit customers regularly. Support the development of profitable competitive pricing models and technical proposals to allow the best possible change of success. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow sales through working with the ProWash and BradyPLUS sales teams directly.
  • Work with the Director of operations to foster relationships with our vendor partners
  • Lead innovation and new dispenser and product field testing
  • Cultivate and manage relationships within the organization; facilitate frequent meetings and interactions within Service and various sales teams
  • Increase profitability and sales by driving your team to operational excellence and account retention
  • Foster frequent and clear communication between internal operations, Service & Operations
  • Help Set the example for exceptional service standards
  • Work with the Director of Operations to identify new technologies within the industry
  • Assist with and organize large rollouts; work with our internal sales and operations team and coordinate with customers to devise plans for flawless execution.
  • Manage your budget to meet company objectives
  • Act as a change-agent by providing insight on how to improve our chemical and service program.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • College Graduate or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Chemical Sales/Service industry
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Distributer relationships
  • A proven track record of leading others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to operate a smart phone, conduct internet research and learn new technologies
  • Ability to travel by car and plane (valid driver's license required)
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proven Ability to Train Others
  • Strong Sense of Urgency
  • Solid judgment along with decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Platforms
  • Professional, flexible and positive team player that is self-directed and self-motivated
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
