Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Senior Manager South Regional Security to lead strategic physical security across multiple facilities. You will design and implement standards, drive risk mitigation, and partner with internal teams and external partners to safeguard assets and personnel.

The role emphasizes budgeting, program development, and the integration of access control and CCTV systems, with a focus on scalable security solutions and strong leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military/police service required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Security certification CPP/PSP/PSC required.
• 4+ years recent physical security management experience required.
• 4+ years’ experience developing and budgeting physical security projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical security standards, technologies, and practices across all Swire Coca-Cola facilities.
• Manage security programs to protect Swire Coca-Cola assets and associates.
• Identify and mitigate company risks and losses as a security SME.
• Build relationships with internal leaders and external law enforcement and security partners.
• Collaborate on security enhancements and project rollouts.
• Maintain databases for investigations, projects, programs, and bulletins.
• Design, budget, and present strategic security plans with stakeholders.
• Track and report security performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Establish industry contacts to share best practices.
• Keep management informed of achievements, challenges, and concerns.
• Conduct facility visits for due diligence and training; develop mitigation plans.
