Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field.
• Three years of related experience in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or supply chain loss prevention, and/or loss analytics.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Leads district level security program efforts, ensuring safety and security within the assigned location.
• Encompasses strategic security planning at specific assigned location(s).
• Conducts security risk assessments and responds to urgent security matters; leads investigations into incidents involving violence, breaches, losses, fraud, or integrity concerns.
• Serves as liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitors security plans and technologies, including surveillance and access control systems.
• Tracks and reports on established security program goals and metrics; addresses gaps or physical security concerns.
• Assists in training business partners on security best practices.
• Initiates on-site visits to review and formulate action plans for security shipping concerns (lost/damaged shipments).
• Maintains knowledge across regulatory areas (TSA, FAA) and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
