Job summary

You will liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, oversee on-site security technologies, monitor plans and metrics, and train business partners on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license to operate company vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads district level security program efforts to safeguard people, assets, and brand.
• Encompasses strategic security planning at specific assigned location(s).
• Investigates incidents including workplace violence, fraud, or losses through interviews and evidence reviews.
• Acts as liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitors security technologies, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Tracks and reports on security program goals and metrics, addressing gaps.
• Trains business partners on security best practices.
• Conducts on-site reviews with customers to formulate action plans for security concerns.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements (TSA/FAA) and company policies.
