Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced department manager to lead Environmental Services and drive quality care across our facilities. The role emphasizes recruiting, performance management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of managerial hospital experience, with a focus on safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

  • Reports quarterly on goals and variances with recommendations.
  • Oversees Team Leaders and supervisors.
  • Administers policies for education, safety, infection control, quality improvement and emergency preparedness.
