Position Summary

This sales position at AM Innovations is responsible for profitable sales of multiple brands of AM Innovations windows (Alside, Gentek) to distribution, national accounts, and window dealers within a defined territory.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing market penetration and market share in the territory, building and managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service and support.

This is a remote position, working from a home office, with heavy travel.

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and market share growth expectations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact.
  • Provide exceptional service, including product training, technical support, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Stay informed about competitive pricing and ensure competitive pricing for all customers.
  • Use technology effectively for communication and customer contact.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
  • Maintain detailed customer data files.
  • Report weekly on sales progress to Regional VP.
  • Increase overall customer spend in AM Innovations product categories.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably with vinyl, wood, or aluminum windows.
  • Proven ability to close sales and develop new business.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Own a vehicle that meets company reimbursement standards.
