Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales growth strategy in the West region of the United States.
  2. Identify market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers.
  3. Manage the sales effectiveness of independent reps to ensure sales funnel remains on track.
  4. Maintain territory CRM process and Sales Funnel Management.
  5. Develop regional forecast and countermeasures to keep sales on track.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field required.
  2. 5-7 years of sales management or product marketing experience.
  3. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  4. Strong sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm in taking on new opportunities and challenges.
  5. Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.

Additional Information:
  1. This position must reside in the West region of the US with the ability to travel 75% of the time.
  2. Salary range: $135,000 - $170,000.
