Role Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expansion of sales within your territory, establishing relationships with key customer personnel.
• Meet sales targets for profitable volume and margins, managing the sales funnel via our CRM.
• Be the face of Trojan to prospective customers, managing mobile rental and system sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related sciences.
• 8+ years of direct/channel sales experience or 3+ years managing sales teams in relevant industrial markets.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts over $1m.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Skills

• Based near a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with Water as a Service or mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. Benefits include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
