A leading company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead a team, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth in existing accounts. This role requires significant fieldwork and collaboration with Account Managers to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
Lead and direct reports in the field through the sales process. Design and recommend sales and marketing programs, set short- and long-term sales strategies, and develop customer retention programs to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Plan, forecast, and report on sales and competitive pricing activities. This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle, with operation occurring more than 60% of the work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required for employment.
