What This Role Will Be Doing

Summary: As a frontline contact to our Territory Managers and Customers, the Regional Manager will develop growth plans and maintain positive, profitable relations. The role involves mentoring and holding Territory Managers accountable for achieving sales and growth goals.

Duties include (not limited to):

  • Manage, coach, and train Territory Managers daily, review reports, set and follow up on goals, and schedule training.
  • Lead regional sales meetings and assist in hiring and personnel management, including performance reviews and corrective actions.
  • Travel with TMs to support territories, ensuring resources and support for success.
  • Review sales reports, develop marketing strategies, and work with TMs to grow sales and identify new customers.
  • Communicate inventory and customer service needs with the Director of Sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in customer event planning.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of residential construction and develop relationships to promote key products.
  • Utilize electronic expense tools and ensure a reliable home internet connection.
  • Keep vehicle organized and ready for responsibilities.
