We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – South Brazil to join us!

What will you be doing:
  1. Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts
  3. Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, and utility companies
  4. Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  5. Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers at all levels to ensure SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for their installations
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company CRM system
  7. Assist product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the Korean market by regularly gathering feedback from customers, business partners, and monitoring industry trends
  8. Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory
  9. Successfully execute our brand and messaging strategy and act as an external evangelist of the brand
  10. Attend tradeshows and conferences
  11. Liaise with local and international teams to ensure sales targets are defined and met
  12. Prepare quarterly business review reports covering market, sales, marketing, service, and plans
  13. Develop and update key account penetration plans
Minimum qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Previous experience in the PV industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of overachievement and growing market share, closing large deals
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand SolarEdge products and convey benefits effectively
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
  • Success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in an international organization is a plus
  • Fluent in local language and English
