Vitu is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our vehicle-to-government solutions in a dynamic market. You will develop new prospects, train clients, and maintain relationships, leveraging communication and problem-solving skills.
The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and travel up to 100 miles. A business or related degree is required, with MBA a plus; 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new prospects to increase sales of Vitu's products and services. The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, training, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Someone who is self‑motivated, goal oriented, positive and has a great attitude. A clean driving record and current driver's license are required.
Target annual compensation for this role is $150k plus, comprised of:
Base Salary: $68k-80k per year, paid in accordance with the company's standard payroll schedule.
Variable Incentive Compensation: Target of $75k plus per year, based on individual and company performance against predefined sales bonuses and commissions.
Please note that while the base salary is fixed, the variable portion of your compensation is not guaranteed and will be determined based on your achievement of performance objectives, as outlined in the company's sales incentive plan. Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
