A leading global equipment manufacturer seeks an experienced Sales Executive to develop sales channels for portable power products in North America. This remote position requires strong sales strategy implementation and account management skills. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the rental or construction industries. Compensation includes a base salary and commission structure based on performance.
Mission:
Develop sales channels (dealers and rental companies) with the goal of increasing market share and sales volume for Chicago Pneumatic portable power and light products in the designated territory of North America. Implement actions that result in sustainable, profitable growth that is in-line with overall company objectives and goals. This penetration into the sales channels and world-class customer service are paramount in accomplishing the company goal of becoming "First in Mind - First in Choice".

Experience
Minimum of five years of related work experience in capital equipment sales to the equipment rental or civil construction industries. Strong experience with portable power and/or energy management equipment is required.
Education
A 4-year, bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration will be beneficial with minimum of 5 years of experience as described above, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications/Licenses: Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Skills
Computer Skills: Must have working knowledge of computer and smart phone applications including Microsoft Office Suite; experience and proficiency with CRM platforms is desirable.
Language & Reasoning Ability:
Salary: In accordance with pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $81,680 - 128,650 per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This position also offers a commission structure in addition to the base salary. The commission is based on sales targets and revenue generated.
Commission: The potential commission range for this role is $12,500 - $250,000 per year. The exact commission will depend on individual performance and achievement of set goals.
