Responsibilities

• Support sales professionals and account managers to strengthen customer relationships and develop deals.
• Create development plans for direct reports, including training needs.
• Meet sales metrics and goals for the region or customer segment.
• Ensure a consistent sales process is followed.
• Recognize and reward team and individual sales achievements.
• Manage sales documentation and collaborate on marketing strategies.
• Work with support and parts managers to promote customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and sales department equipment.
• Oversee inventory levels and metrics.
• Handle difficult situations with tact, foster loyalty, and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in training and ensure a safe, professional work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Successful experience in outside sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to use sales software and operate heavy equipment demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours under various conditions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success in growing sales and market share.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
