Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead dealer partnerships and drive financing solutions across a multi-state region. The role is field-based with extensive travel, prioritizing relationship-building and quota attainment.

You’ll champion our lending solutions to auto dealers, develop sales strategies, and mentor partners to maximize dealership sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto lending or automotive sales, with subprime experience a plus.
• Proven track record in outside sales and pipeline management.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with influence skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple locations.

• Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with auto dealerships across your territory.
• Drive Sales: Promote Veros Credit’s financing solutions to dealer partners to help them boost dealership sales and exceed quotas.

• Lead & Influence: Generate leads, build new dealership relationships, and educate dealer partners on our offerings.

• Self-Starter: Ability to thrive independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Travel Ready: Motivated and organized to manage multiple sales locations.
