The Regional Sales Manager – NY/ CT is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability through the strategic expansion and performance management of Axia’s Sales Partner channel. We are seeking a high-impact solar sales leader with a demonstrated record of scaling indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in residential solar, partner engagement, sales performance analytics, and team development. This position requires strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to build high-performing partner networks that deliver consistent, quality-driven results. This role reports to the Director – Sales Partners and the ideal candidate will be based in NY/CT. The position requires regular regional travel to meet with Sales Partners, conduct trainings, and support performance initiatives. Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available depending on proximity to corporate offices.
