Description

Bollinger Motors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to deliver world-class value to Bollinger Motors customers, partnering with dealers and internal stakeholders to leverage market leadership in the class 4-6 electric truck segment. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Sales. This is a field role within the U.S (United States) focusing initially on areas such as Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Upstate New York, and Rhode Island. Please note you must be a resident in, or permanently reside within a reasonable travel (2-3 hour) driving proximity to one of the States noted. Travel required up to 80%.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish working relationships with assigned dealers, fleets, and accounts
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Demonstrate an ability to exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Aggressively prospect for new commercial fleet accounts within a geographic area
  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with key accounts
  • Negotiate commercial fleet volume contracts and respond to RFQs
  • Utilize Salesforce software to record, track, and manage lead activity
  • Act as single point of contact to fleets on all sales and service needs
  • Keep management aware of competitive activity in the marketplace, including product offerings, and product pricing
  • Represent Bollinger Motors at functions and trade shows
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience calling on major fleets in class 4-6 preferred
  • Commercial truck dealership experience from both the retail and OEM perspective preferred
  • Awareness of competition in the class 4-6 electric vehicle marketplace
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Class 4-6 commercial truck specifications including body applications
  • Electric vehicle experience desired
  • Travel required
