A leading technology company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for serving as the main sales contact to maintain and drive new qualifications and products. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This role involves substantial customer interaction and relationship building, along with travel requirements and core competencies in sales management.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for serving as Indium’s lead sales contact and customer advocate to maintain existing sales and to drive new qualifications and sales of Indium products through effective account management and coordination of efforts throughout Indium, resulting in evaluation, qualification, specification, and maximum customer share for Indium products by customers located within a defined territory.
This position is based remotely in the Midwest region of the United States. Candidates are expected to be located near a major airport with the ability to travel.
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$81,500 -$ 133,500 annually
