Are you experienced with 3+ years in electronic or microwave RF component outside sales?

Are you seeking a remote outside sales role based in the Dallas, TX area?

Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of coaxial interconnect products for radio frequency, microwave, and data transmission applications. They are a proven leader in enabling next-generation technology, with a global team of experienced engineers developing innovative solutions using the most advanced manufacturing technologies. They specialize in creating custom solutions tailored to customer-specific design requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth strategies and expand market presence within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Exceed sales targets and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing-specific sales and business development experience, preferably in the electronic component industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience working closely with distributors and manufacturers' reps, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to secure new accounts and expand product lines within existing customers.
  • High-energy self-starter with strategic planning skills to grow market reach.
  • Ability to work independently and actively seek new client interactions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
