Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Territory Manager to lead growth across western Wisconsin, including Janesville, Madison, Beloit, Stevens Point, Antigo, Rhinelander, and Eagle River. You will own production and profitability goals, build agency relationships, and guide risk selection with underwriting support.

Oversee the western Wisconsin territory, including Janesville, Madison, Beloit, Stevens Point, Antigo, Rhinelander, and Eagle River
Own production and profitability goals
Identify territory trends and state-specific risks and recommend risk-mitigation actions
Make autonomous territory decisions and help set sales strategies
Assist underwriting in retaining business and generate profitable new business through assigned agents
Develop and strengthen relationships with independent agencies, Society employees, and associations
Provide follow-up to ensure superior customer service
Assist with collecting past-due agency accounts as needed
Appoint or review assigned agencies for production and profitability
Terminate and prospect agencies as needed to achieve goals
Represent the company at trade shows and conventions and manage event leads
Assist agents with risk selection and marketing of company products and services
Review pending quotes and applications and follow up with agencies
Gather competitive information from agencies, industry networking, and the Department of Insurance
Educate agency personnel on company products, automation, and underwriting guidelines
Demonstrates expertise in Property/Casualty Insurance with a strong focus on relationship building, sales strategy development, and risk management. Proficient in underwriting processes and capable of driving profitability through effective agency management and market analysis.
