What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including line of business executives and human resource leaders
  2. Generate and develop new clients through cold calling, lead follow-up, networking, and trade show events
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development Team on pipeline building and progression within the territory
  4. Represent the employer at industry events and tradeshows to market and differentiate the brand
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of eight (8) years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  2. Proven track record of generating opportunities within large enterprise companies across North America
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Strong listening skills with the ability to creatively solve problems
  5. Technical aptitude with an understanding of software applications and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Extensive sales methodology training (MEDDPIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger, etc.)
  2. Demonstrated ability to work self-directed and be proactive
  3. Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leadership or executives
  4. Analytical ability to understand metrics and tailor information for clients
  5. Superior negotiating skills
