Regional Sales Manager | Fully Remote US

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue with enterprise and strategic-level companies. The role involves building and managing relationships with potential enterprise clients throughout a territory in the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including line of business executives, talent acquisition, and HR leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Partner with the Business Development Team on pipeline building and progression within the territory.
  • Generate and develop new clients through cold calling, lead follow-up, networking, and trade shows.
  • Build a network of referrals to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Market and differentiate Hirevue in a competitive environment to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process independently within the assigned territory.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses for potential clients.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and client base.
  • Understand client needs and requirements.
  • Represent Hirevue at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to support sales success.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the HCM, SaaS, or assessment industry, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Experience generating opportunities in large, enterprise companies across North America.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
  • Ability to influence staff and management at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen working with senior leadership.
  • Extensive sales methodology training preferred (e.g., MEDDPIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger).
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of software applications/systems.
  • Analytical skills to interpret metrics and tailor presentations.
  • Detail-oriented approach.

This position is a remote work role, requiring a distraction-free environment and some travel. Hirevue prioritizes security and privacy, employing policies and tools to protect work-related data on personal devices.
