The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, participating in the marketing plan, and achieving budgeted sales volume for Encon Safety Products within their defined geographical regional trade area while maintaining the budgeted sales expense levels set by Encon Safety Products management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. The preferred candidate should have five years of managing technical industrial product programs, with expertise in primary product distribution channels.
This job operates in a professional office environment, with standard equipment. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, with little to no advance notice.
