Orenco Systems, Inc. (subsidiary of Infiltrator Water Technologies) is a manufacturer of innovative onsite and decentralized wastewater collection and treatment technologies. Solutions include community collection systems, advanced secondary treatment systems, watertight fiberglass tanks, and in-tank pumping and filtration systems. Orenco also manufactures high-quality standard, custom, and OEM controls, along with state-of-the-art fiberglass buildings, tanks, and enclosures.

Infiltrator Water Technologies is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, manufacturing a variety of revolutionary products and environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional systems. We sell through wholesale distribution across the US and Canada for properties with onsite wastewater treatment systems.

Location & Travel

Must have the ability to travel within the region. Ideally located in or willing to relocate to: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri.

Position Summary

This is an advanced outside sales position aimed at growing Orenco Controls' business. It involves developing and executing regional sales and marketing strategies, supporting accounts, and representing Orenco Controls at trade shows. Regular visits to accounts and negotiations are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Establish sales objectives, develop projections, and promote products regionally and nationally.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and follow up on leads.
  • Participate in trade conferences and represent the company at industry meetings.
  • Analyze market trends, communicate opportunities, and stay informed on regulatory changes.
  • Assist customers with technical needs, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to team meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional travel outside the region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar; technical experience or equivalent work background acceptable.
  • At least four years of relevant controls-related experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, with a valid driver’s license and insurability.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Primarily indoor/home office, with travel to project sites. May involve outdoor conditions, long hours, and physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs. Travel by vehicle and airplane required.

Salary

$91,020.80 - $154,752.00 per year
