Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business across North America. You will start with two months of paid training in Hudson, Ohio, then take ownership of your territory with relocation support for placement.

The role emphasizes field sales, travel about three weeks per month, and a base salary of $80,000 plus commissions. We hire for drive, coachability, and the ability to learn fast.

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. We’re a fast-growing global brand investing heavily in North America, and our field sales team is where that growth happens.

This is outside B2B sales for someone ready to move fast and build a career. You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio — ramping alongside our best Regional Sales Managers to learn about the product and the industry. Successfully complete the program and you’ll take ownership of your own territory, with relocation support for your placement.

WHO YOU ARE

• Road-ready: comfortable traveling roughly three weeks a month and open to relocating for the right territory
