A leading ventilation solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the US East Coast region. This role involves developing relationships with channel partners, providing design assistance, and managing sales growth. Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, experience in commercial HVAC sales, and strong negotiation skills. The position is remote with up to 50% travel required.

Under the direction of the Commercial Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining company relationships with our channel partners. As an RSM, you will facilitate and manage the growth and profitable sales of our Commercial Ventilation Solutions within an assigned territory. You will be part of the North American sales team, with an emphasis in U.S. & Canada.
This role demands a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strategic planning skills. We are looking to promote or hire a Regional Sales Manager for the US East Coast region that shares our ambition to achieve our four Key Outcomes: Employer, Brand, Investment, and Neighbor of Choice.
