Overview

This is a high-impact commercial role with a fast-growing company specializing in functional and value-added ingredients. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales growth across the Central United States, managing strategic accounts and generating new business across food, beverage, nutrition, and nutraceutical markets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized ingredient solutions that align with the evolving needs of quality-driven customers.


Responsibilities


  • Drive commercial growth of functional, nutritional, and specialty ingredients across the Central U.S.

  • Develop and expand relationships with customers in food, beverage, and nutraceutical sectors

  • Identify new opportunities and introduce targeted ingredient solutions that meet performance, regulatory, and application requirements

  • Partner with internal teams in R&D, technical services, and operations to ensure solution alignment and customer success

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

  • Track and report on sales activity, market trends, and competitive developments


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in ingredients, nutraceuticals, or nutrition-related sectors

  • Demonstrated success in territory management, revenue generation, and account development

  • Strong understanding of ingredient applications in food, beverage, or nutraceutical products

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with regular travel (approx. 40–50%)
