Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, tracking progress against key metrics
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with major accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and product portfolios to ensure competitiveness and innovation
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to meet high standards of quality and demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Outside Sales or Sales Management, preferably in the building materials or hardscapes industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of market trends and sales analytics
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analysis to inform sales strategies
