Job summary

Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co.KG in the United States seeks an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a defined sales territory in the kitchen cabinet and furniture industries. You will build lasting customer relationships through on-site visits and digital communication, coordinate with internal sales teams, and identify new business opportunities.

You will travel regularly, work with sales management to hit targets, and contribute to positioning Pollmeier products in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardwood sales, furniture manufacturing, or kitchen cabinet production.
• Strong technical background with excellent communication.
• Sales passion and customer interaction.
• Independent, proactive, goal-oriented with responsibility for sales success.
• Willingness to travel regularly and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
• You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
• You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
• You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
• You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term relationships to the benefit of end users
• You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed
• You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products
