We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow Bacio in the Northeast Region, our premium foodservice cheese brand, by developing new business and supporting sales to independent restaurants, pizzerias, and Italian-focused foodservice establishments through our partner distributor. You'll act as a regional brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Bacio's positioning, product line, and go-to-market strategy.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $103,000 and $118,000, with additional earnings potential tied to quarterly growth.

• Grow Bacio sales by developing new operator relationships and expanding existing ones with independent restaurants and regional chains in the foodservice space.
• Collaborate closely with our partner distributor's local sales teams to activate sales through training, co-selling, and strategic support.
• Lead and support distributor-appointed Bacio Sales Leaders to ensure consistent, on-the-ground sales activity.
• Strengthen customer retention through proactive account management and competitive protection.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
