Job summary

JDRF Electromag Engineering Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive specification, quotation, installation, and deployment for Autonomy Lighting across the US market.

The role demands deep technical product knowledge and ability to communicate with lighting consultants, contractors, engineers, and end users. You will train agents and OEMs, manage a regional plan, and travel 30–50% to support projects from initial design to handover, reporting to the Director of Sales and Customer

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; higher education or certifications are assets.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in lighting or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and build relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users.
• Comfort with AutoCAD drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop specification and quotation with design consultants and independent agents.
• Visit designers and consultants to secure specification of the system.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and territory development.
• Train and enable agents and OEMs, and represent the company at industry events.
• Support project deployment from award through handover and testing.
