Job summary

JDRF Electromag Engineering Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast U.S. to guide projects from specification to deployment.

You will work with lighting consultants, inspectors, designers, and contractors to promote Autonomy Lighting and drive successful installations. The role demands strong technical knowledge of lighting controls, account management across the project lifecycle, and the ability to train agents while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in commercial lighting.
• Direct experience with lighting control systems required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and lighting plans.
• Autodesk AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop specification with lighting designers and electrical consultants across projects.
• Train and enable independent sales agents and manufacturer reps.
• Prepare and deliver system quotations from project drawings and takeoffs.
• Manage opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Lead product demonstrations and customer trainings (in-person/remote).
• Represent JDRF Electromag at industry events and networking opportunities.
