A leading technology firm is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Mid-West US territory. This fully remote position focuses on growing the Automotive market and managing a sales team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and experience in technical sales within the Electronic Component industry. A strong technical background to engage with design engineers is essential.
Our client has over twenty five years’ experience in the design and manufacturing of high quality RF and Microwave Ceramic Chip Capacitors, Inductors and Integrated Passives and is now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join them and cover the Mid-West region of the US.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the Mid-West corridor of the US handling a territory worth over $8 million, you’ll manage 3 other sales reps who will assist in increasing sales and work to increase sales revenue within your designated patch.
At least 40% of your time will be dedicated to growing the Automotive market, this will be an opportunity to create an impact within the company and take the lead on pushing into this growing industry. Outside of this you will be responsible for development and closure of new business with manufacturing representatives and internal corporate resources, travel to customers will be required at least 55% of the time.
This role is fully remote.
