Overview :
  • Regional Sales Managers are remotely responsible for finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within the designated region and selling the ProMax Platform.
  • Candidates should be able to develop a sales pipeline through existing relationships and generate new ones via business development skills.
What You’ll Do :
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through lead follow-up and personal outreach.
  • Manage and penetrate the region effectively.
  • Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
  • Contribute to sales strategies that support team goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct compelling, consultative sales discussions to address current and future dealer needs.
  • Represent ProMax at industry conferences and networking events.
What You’ll Have :
  • 5+ years of Automotive SaaS sales experience with outside/remote sales.
  • Proven success in sales within a similar industry over an extended period.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, eager to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills, preferably with CRM experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the Western Region.
