Fullthrottle.ai is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help solve a real problem for marketers and agencies. You will be introducing patented tech to build first-party household audience data, visualized in an interface with detailed household profiles of all observed digital behaviors including pages visited, buying propensity, and channel attribution. Fullthrottle.ai is the ultimate first party cookieless data solution.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique challenges faced by agencies servicing SMB and mid-market clients, and who thrives on crafting tailored solutions that drive measurable results.

The Regional Sales Manager on the agency team will be responsible for developing new business relationships, driving new revenue, and delivering value to agencies and their clients. This is an individual contributor role ideal for a person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and actively build partnership pipelines and opportunities.

The ideal candidates will enable fullthrottle.ai to make inroads with new marketing and advertising agency partners through executive-level relationships designed to multiply the value of our product.

This is a fully remote opportunity targeting candidates in the Los Angeles or San Diego Markets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Proven track record of building and scaling new business relationships with SMB and mid-market-focused agencies.
  2. Connect with potential partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  3. Build and manage a robust pipeline of new potential partners.
  4. Strong familiarity with the Adtech and Martech ecosystems and ready to challenge the status quo.
  5. Understand industry trends, including first-party data, cookieless advertising, and privacy regulations.
  6. Ability to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives that drive measurable revenue growth.
  7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and executive-level stakeholders within agencies.
  8. Lead partnership strategy with prospective agencies and enterprise partners driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  9. Track, report, and manage business performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in ad tech, digital media, or related technology industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the ad tech or digital advertising sector.
