Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Clinic Managers and drive top-tier sales performance across our clinics in the region. You will implement the sales roadmap, ensure SOP adherence, and foster a culture of accountability, exceptional client experience, and data-driven decision making.

You will travel to clinics two to three times weekly, hire and develop leaders, review KPIs, and partner with HR and Medical divisions to remove barriers and optimize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of team management experience.
• Professional background in laser hair removal or related industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel 80% including overnight travel.
• Must live in or relocate to the region; proximity to Milan clinic and airport.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service; visit clinics two to three times a week; review consultations and KPI goals; ensure SOPs and quarterly performance evaluation.
• Develop People: Lead coaching and mentoring; build a pipeline for future leadership.
• Purposeful Planning: Conduct weekly meetings; analyze root causes of underperformance; execute SOPs; promote promotions and initiatives; interview and hire; manage HR matters.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed by leadership to support objectives.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee Clinic Managers to ensure their clinic achieves consistent, high-performance sales results. Execute the established sales roadmap, driving strict adherence to standardized practices and performance expectations across all clinics in your region. Cultivate a high-performance, growth-oriented culture focused on decisive, data-driven action and unwavering accountability at every level. Championing the Customer Obsessed mindset to ensure service excellence and an exceptional client experience is the foundation for sustainable sales growth. Partner cross-functionally to remove barriers to performance, ensuring collective regional success.

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients. Travel to and visit clinics two to three times a week, completing a clinic visit form each time. Observe and provide feedback to clinic leadership on the consultation process by reviewing five to seven consultations weekly. Guide and support clinic leadership to achieve and exceed key performance indicator (KPI) goals. Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure excellence in standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the region, working closely with clinic leadership. Oversee and manage the quarterly performance evaluation process. Maintain a strong partnership with the Human Resource & Medical divisions.
• Develop People: Promote high-performance workgroups through leadership, coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Build a strong pipeline for future leadership positions.
• Purposeful Planning: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and team calls to support team engagement and performance. Analyze the root causes of underperformance and implement Milan's performance management standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize results. Ensure effective communication and adherence to company best practices, policies, and procedures. Promote and execute all special promotions, team incentives, contests, and new initiatives. Interview candidates and make hiring decisions. Address Human Resources (HR) matters, audit employee and clinic schedules, and manage employee concerns and engagement to enhance workplace culture.
• Other Duties: Performs additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of team management experience required
• Professional background in laser hair removal or a very closely related industry required
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, required
• Passion for the aesthetics industry required
• High level of initiative and accountability required
• Ability to work a highly flexible schedule required
• Ability to fulfill an 80% travel schedule, including overnight travel, required
• Valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle required
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the region location required
• Resides in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport required
