What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Plan and organize activities within the assigned region to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers at all levels
- Identify and establish new sales opportunities with both existing and potential customers
- Provide product training to distributors and support sales initiatives
- Complete required reporting functions including sales call reports and monthly sales reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 4-year technical or business degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales or related fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance with a good driving record
