Job description
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Role & responsibilities
- Establish and manage partnerships with other FFMCs and AD-II partners to promote moneyHOPs products.
- Finalize agreements with alliance partners.
- Analyze the market performance of the companys products and investigate emerging trends.
- Maintain strategic partnerships and develop effective sales strategies.
- Create comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, service, finance, and marketing teams.
- Build relationships with alliance partners to broaden national business opportunities.
- Provide insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in services and products.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Set individual sales goals for the sales team.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Work with marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Promote the organization and its offerings, including the cross-border remittance portal and neo-banking mobile application.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they connect with our products.
- Execute operational tasks related to remittance transactions, including KYC checks, document collection, and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with partner banks to ensure transaction compliance.
- Understand and meet FFMC-level compliance requirements, including reporting and auditing.
