Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage distribution and street sales in the Mid-Atlantic Region! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the foodservice industry, experience as a broker or salesperson, and a deep understanding of Greek and Mediterranean products. Fluency in Greek is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, brokers, and key stakeholders in the region.
  • Product Knowledge: Leverage extensive knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean products to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients on product usage and menu integration, enhancing their culinary offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or brokerage within the foodservice industry, preferably with a focus on Greek and Mediterranean products.
  • Strong understanding of foodservice operations and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluent in Greek (preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
