Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the West Region for Power Technique, driving growth across mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. You will develop strategic sales plans and manage large accounts.
You will promote portable and high-pressure compressors, nitrogen generators, air treatment, and related technologies, leveraging deep industry knowledge to improve productivity and sustainability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and market share across the West Region of North America for the Power Technique portfolio within the mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. This role will develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on large air compressors, high-pressure portable compressors, boosters, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment (dryers and filtration), and portable electric compressor technologies. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise to identify opportunities, develop key accounts, and support customers with innovative compressed air and nitrogen solutions that improve productivity, reliability, safety, and sustainability. This position will work closely with regional sales teams, distributors, product management, service operations, and application specialists to deliver exceptional customer value and achieve aggressive revenue and margin objectives.

The annual base salary for this position is $75,350 - $125,580. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation program, with anticipated annual commission earnings of approximately $100,000 - $120,000, subject to individual performance and plan terms.
Actual starting salary will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

This role is based remotely but is highly customer‑facing. To build and maintain strong customer relationships, support sales growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities, extensive travel of approximately 50% is required throughout the designated West Region of North America - AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MO, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY.
