Wash N’ Roll Car Wash is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Alabama/Fayetteville sales effort. You’ll manage the sales team, drive membership sales, and actively sell with the team, while coaching and developing staff across multiple locations.

This working manager role offers hourly pay with overtime and commissions based on regional and personal sales, plus opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior sales experience preferred.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations and work outside.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage sales representatives throughout the Alabama/Fayetteville area.

Regional Sales Manager – Alabama/Fayetteville Area

Wash N’ Roll Car Wash

Wash N’ Roll is looking for a motivated, hands-onSales Managerto lead our sales efforts throughout theAlabama/Fayetteville area.

This is a working manager position. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing your sales team, driving membership sales across the region, and actively selling alongside your team. We’re looking for someone competitive, dependable, energetic, and comfortable holding themselves and others accountable for results.

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour

• Approximately20 hours of overtime per pay period

• Management commissionbased on membership sales throughout your assigned region

• Individual commissionon memberships you personally sell

• Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their total earnings through commission
