Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation`s largest Toyota forklift dealers, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager over our Southern Region, which includes Florence, Charleston, Columbia, Savannah and the surrounding areas. SIE Regional Sales Managers have the responsibility to drive sales revenue, market share, and profit growth.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training sales associates; coaching, mentoring and appraising performance; assisting with quotations/proposals, and closing deals..

Qualifications

Sales Managers need to be self-motivated and self-directed with a strong desire to succeed in directing and growing the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high performance teams, achieving sales goals, and delivering measurable results. A Bachelor`s degree from a four-year college or university; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.
