What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Plan and organize regional activities to achieve sales objectives in line with the company's global sales plan
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers at all levels
- Establish new sales opportunities with existing and new customers to grow territory sales
- Provide product training to distributors and coordinate customer-related activities with other team members
- Complete required reporting functions including sales call reports and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 4-year technical or business degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales or related sales
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record
