What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan and organize regional activities to achieve sales objectives in line with the company's global sales plan
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers at all levels
  • Establish new sales opportunities with existing and new customers to grow territory sales
  • Provide product training to distributors and coordinate customer-related activities with other team members
  • Complete required reporting functions including sales call reports and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4-year technical or business degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales or related sales
  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record
