A leading company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales, manage customer relations, and drive profitability in the Northeast region. This remote role includes developing sales strategies, managing a team, and extensive travel to client sites, ensuring alignment with the National Sales Plan. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales, customer relations, employee management, and profitability within the designated region. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans for the region and its territories, in alignment with the National Sales Plan. The position requires regular travel to territories and recruitment, training, and management of Regional Sales Executives and Jobsite Specialists.
The role involves extensive travel, with 50-75% travel in the Northeast region, including visits to trade shows and client sites. The company provides a phone, a monthly car allowance of $400, and covers all travel and related expenses. A company computer is also provided.
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
90% of medical is paid for by the employer, with a co-pay plan

This is a fully remote position.
