Job summary

Axis Communications in Rochester, NY seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across partners and end-users. You will promote IP Video solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver seminars and lunch-and-learns to educate the channel.

You’ll travel up to 30-40% and report weekly on pipeline. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, a strong technical background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years in a sales driven position.
• Strong technical background.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on Axis IP Video solutions.
• Maintain fluid relations with prospects and current customers.
• Arrange and execute site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, lunches and seminars.
• Work with Application Development Partners on solutions.
• Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, and webinars.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
