Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director for the Gulf Central Territory to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving business growth by managing independent rep agencies and advancing specification sales. As the Regional Director of Plumbing & Mechanical Sales, you will oversee sales performance, manage costs, and develop regional growth strategies. Your responsibilities include converting specifications from architects, engineers, and contractors to our product portfolio, and identifying new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will report directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing and should be located near a major airport.
This role involves traveling up to 50% and requires residence in either Dallas, TX or Houston, TX.
