Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee performance, development, and alignment of a sales team within a defined area. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate on forecasting, GTM planning, and CRM adoption (Salesforce/Tableau).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience of 7+ years.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse sales teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strategic thinker with ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly changing sales landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with Tableau or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Travel approximately 30–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across multiple markets.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear performance expectations and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs across sales channels and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales goals with operations and marketing.
• Conduct regular field visits (30–50% travel) to support the team and engage customers.
