Job summary

Axis Portable Air LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales team across Gulf branches (LA, AL, AR) and drive growth. You will lead outside sales reps, shape sales strategy, and foster a high-performance culture through strong leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, strategic planning, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication. Frequent travel to Baton Rouge, Mobile, Birmingham, and Little Rock is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred not required).
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with focus on business development & key account management.
• Experience in rental/sales of portable heating and cooling equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
